Services and pricing
Start with a Health Check to see where you stand, then fix what matters in one fixed-scope sprint. Every price is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Above: the summary page of a Health Check report, and the laptop report you get after a sprint. Sample data.
IT Health Check
A clear, honest picture of how your logins, laptops and access work today, and what to fix first.
What we look at
- Who owns your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and who can recover it
- MFA, passwords and shared logins
- Laptops: how they’re bought, set up, secured and wiped
- Joiners, movers and leavers, step by step
- Your apps: who has access and who has admin
- Backups and what happens if something is lost
- How ready you are for a security questionnaire
What you get
- A one-page summary in plain English
- A map of how things work today
- A list of risks, each with a rating
- The fixes in priority order
- A 30, 60 and 90 day plan
- Options and fixed prices for doing the work, with us or without us
Foundations Sprint
The things a customer, auditor or insurer will ask about, set up properly, once, and handed to your team.
What it can cover
- Single sign-on, so one account opens every app
- MFA enforced on every account
- Groups and roles that decide who gets what
- Device management for Macs and Windows: encryption, updates, remote wipe
- A password manager for the whole company
- Automatic account creation and removal where your apps allow it
- An onboarding and offboarding process anyone can follow
- The policies a questionnaire asks for: access, devices, acceptable use
How it runs
We agree a fixed scope from the Health Check or our first call. Before each change we record how things are now and how to undo it, test with a small group, then roll out in an agreed window.
You finish with documentation and a runbook your team can follow, admin access back in your hands and ours removed or reduced.
Set up once. Then it runs.
Look
A Health Check. Read-only, nothing changed. You get a written report with the fixes in priority order.
Fix
A Foundations Sprint. Each change planned, announced, tested with a few people, then rolled out in an agreed window.
Hand over
A runbook your team can follow, admin access back in your hands, ours removed.
It runs
Your team owns it. New starters and leavers follow the process. Ongoing support is there if you want it, not required.
How we handle your access
Admin access to your company is the most valuable thing you’ll give us. We treat it that way.
- A named admin account for each of us. No shared logins.
- Hardware-key MFA wherever your systems support it.
- Only the access the job needs, for as long as it needs it.
- You always keep the master keys and emergency access.
- Every risky change planned, with a way back, and announced in advance.
- Everything we changed written down: what, why, when and how to undo it.
- Our access removed or reduced when the work is done.
Ongoing support
A set amount of our time each month, booked in advance, so your setup keeps up as you grow.
What it’s for
- Advice on new tools before you buy them
- Planned changes and small projects
- A quarterly review of who has access to what
- Keeping your documentation current
- Help answering security questionnaires
What it isn’t
It isn’t unlimited access or a help desk for day-to-day questions. It’s scheduled, expert time with agreed response times, written into the agreement.
Most companies only need it until they hire their own IT lead. When that happens, we’ll help with the handover.
What we don’t do
Saying no to these is what keeps the prices fixed and the work good.
- Day-to-day help desk, password resets or fixing printers
- 24/7 or on-call support
- Reselling licences or hardware
- Formal audits or certification. We get you ready; an auditor signs it off.
- Software development

Pricing questions
Why fixed prices?
So you know the cost before anything starts, and we carry the risk of it taking longer. The price depends on your size and scope, and we’ll confirm it in writing after our first call.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice. For a sprint, part is paid up front and the rest at handover. The split is in the proposal.
Do we need a Health Check before a sprint?
Not always. If you already know what needs fixing, say a customer questionnaire you can’t answer, we can scope a sprint straight away.
What if the Health Check finds nothing serious?
Then the report says so, and you’ve paid a small fixed fee for peace of mind. We won’t invent problems to sell a project.
What happens after a sprint?
Your team owns everything, with documentation to run it. Anything we set up that breaks in the first 30 days, we fix. Ongoing support is optional.
Can the scope change halfway?
Yes. We agree the change and any price difference in writing before we do the extra work.
Do you resell licences or hardware?
No. You buy directly from the vendor, so there’s no markup and no conflict when we recommend a tool.
